There is a wolf alarm at 10 hours. You if don't plan on sleeping ten hours, you can set the video ahead. For example, if you want to sleep for eight hours, start the video at the two hour mark. Be sure to set up a back up alarm if you are a heavy sleeper or might possibly sleep through the wolf alarm.

Thank you for this. I’m not a Viking but, several of my friends are and they stuffer from insomnia. I sent 5 of them this video and 4 of them reported that they were able to fall and stay asleep.
