I promise, After I graduate and become successful in my career as a film director, I made a movie about this fallen 44 who gave their lives for our country just like what Heneral Luna did. They deserve to be featured and show how heroic this heros are.

My brother is part of this mission he is on the 43rd SAC the blocking force. He later worked in recovering the dead bodies, (10 of them are his classmates in SAF School and friends from our hometown) and the fire arms stollen by the MILF from the dead commandos. This mission is really messed up to begin with coz according to my brother, he doesn't have idea about it. He was just called a day before assigning him to be in the blocking force not knowing who the target is. Also going to Mamasapano alone is already a challenge and a long ride coz some of them even travelled from different parts of Mindanao. The assault team, Seaborne 84 even came from Bicutan, Manila. They also experience flat tires and car break downs along the way leading for the opearation to be delayed and according to him a sign of bad omen. This is second to the last operation he got involved before he left SAF.

Not a lot of people know how big of an effort was put in creating this documentary -- sleepless hours, thousands of research and interviews etc. So big props to the production team for making this video. You've immortalized the SAF 44.

This was my thesis in 2015 which I eventually won in a competition in Thailand the following year. Glad to find a new video on this 6 years later 💪

It's been six years already, I remember when the whole country grieved for the fallen 44. In my school, our teachers told us to write letters to the families of the victims, we put it in a box and the school will send it to them. I hope they receive mine. Until now they are still grieving over their loved ones.
  • @novembergrams
This is heartbreaking. It seems like they were sent on a suicide mission and Seaborne and SAC 55 were the sacrificial lambs. Calling this mission a success is like a thorn in my throat. This is what I would call an ugly victory. Thank you to our soldiers for keeping our country/countrymen safe. You deserve a 21 gun salute. Thank you. Thank you.
  • Bro came to youtube, made 3 bangers, then never came back. Chad
  • It hurts me whenever these sort of things get reported on the news once and is forgotten. Thank you for this. For bringing light to our tragedies and heroes.
