damnnnn the shot at 3:49 was so loud the reporter grunted. I felt that all the way at my house lol. One time some nut set off a bomb at a park near my house..... It was the loudest sound I ever heard and I was standing about half a mile away. I can't even imagine point blank heavy artilery and tank fire.

Wow, the parallax effect of that "outgoing" shell was impressive. I don't know anything about this stuff but my dad was in Israel, in a backyard bunker during the Six-Day War, and described a sort of high-pitched whistling sound made by the shells traveling overhead. Those must have been a great deal smaller than the shells currently in use in Ukraine. Terrifying stuff.

Russia probably had anti artillery radar in the area, the Ukrainians know how long it takes for the Russians to transmit location data from the radar to their artillery counter battery units. Ukrainians need more of that anti artillery radar and better artillery so they can shoot from outside russia's counter fire range.
