Lamborghini Huracan SuperTrofeo LP620-2: Dream Racing

I had the chance to drive around a Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo at Dream Racing located at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Amazing experience driving around such a capable race car. Cédric Sbirrazzuoli, part of Lamborghini's factory racing team, was my personal driving instructor for the 12 laps. Unfortunately my experience varied slightly as an Low Oil pressure indicator sent the car in to be checked out after a few laps on the second session. A third session occured after this, but no video was taken.

I did spin out. The challenge of learning to drive a race car versus a street car is learning out to manage the incredibly high driving limits of the car while not having any traction control or stability control. For me, a slight tap on the brake caused a weight transfer, inducing the spin. Yes, It may have been dumb mistake to make but luckily the track at Dream Racing is so free of any obstacles around the track it is incredibly safe and a great place to make mistakes and learn.

So far, I hold the fastest lap record of 52.3 seconds for the Huracan Super Trofeo!
