The ideal reliable truck for small families in all honesty. Don’t fix what ain’t broken.

Just purchased a TRD Off-road 3 days ago. I love this truck already. My brother has a TRD Sport and it is going on 20 years with no problems.
  • Truth on the title man! I just picked up a 23 Tacoma today. No regrets whatsoever.
  • I’m actually picking up my 23 trd pro in solar octane Monday morning. Can’t wait 😜

Long beds where its at. Thought about getting a new colorado but ended up buying a 22 trd sport with the 6 ft bed...gotta have room for my fishing poles ✊️ 😅

Every Toyota should come standard with a Catalytic Converter anti theft cover, not as a $290 option.
  • That's my exact truck same color but access cab TRDOR 2022. I lifted it with Ironman4x4 stage foam kit. 3 in lift and 285/75/16 tires. I love the stock tires. She's a beast on the PNW logging roads.

Nice video and thanks! I decided on getting a new 2023 Off-Road trim (being built in the month of September). I currently have an SR5 and wanted to upgrade! For me it made sense to grab the last of the V6s and wait for all the bugs to be ironed out of the new 2024 hybrid line. I do like the new Trailhunter trim model and can't wait to see the reviews on that in the near future. But for now I'll enjoy a few years with the tried and true 3rd Gen!

I put a deposit down on a '23 TRD Off Road but the company I was with ended up laying off tons of people, me included--hoping to get a new job soon so I can take delivery of my Tacoma and enjoy the last of the near-bulletproof V6 models Toyota has to offer. If I don't get a '23, I'm going to wait 4-5 years until Toyota irons out any potential issues with the new engine platform/new components with the truck before I buy one.

Just took delivery of a 2023 TRD 4x4 with LED NOPremium Pkge in Lunar Rock, took 2 months to get, but it came with Predator Bars from the Factory, which was sweet! looking forward to many many years of Tacoma Times!

I got a Barcelona red trd off road coming in about 2 weeks. Super stoked for it

I noticed the same thing with the dealership I got my 2023 Tacoma SR 4x4 V6 from. They had a ton of TRD Off-roads and Sports, but hardly any 4x4 SRs or SR5s. They definitely must be pumping these out before the next gen. Happy to get my SR with the V6 while I could. It’s great!
  • I have a deposit on 23 TRD off-road, manual transmission. I can see this 2.4 L turbo being OK for the Camry and the little Lexus vehicles and maybe even the Highlander, but to pull the truck around and a trailer. Trucks are workhorses, that engine is not gonna last. I wouldn’t be surprised if Toyota is starting to notice some engine failures during testing and that’s why they’re taking so long to put the 24 model out.

I reserved a 2023 TRD Off Road Premium with long bed. Pretty happy to get it just under MSRP but I've been waiting for it since last Saturday. It's been sitting in the train depot an hour away from my house for 2 weeks. Hopefully they get it to my dealer soon so I can finalize the deal and lock in the decent financing rate they recently made available on the 4x4's that was previously only available on the 4x2's. So excited to have my first truck and first Toyota. It's loaded and in Lunar Rock color, it's basically my dream truck.

I’m never selling my 21 Tacoma TRD ORDC 4x4 like never! It tows my car behind it ,, car and trailer weight 5700#’s and it does just fine even on 3-4% grades in the hills just love it , it has RELIABILITY, & DEPENDABILITY written ALL over it , the new I will not touch to many complex stuff under the hood …..

Just placed my order for this exact color and all. Traded in my 17 GMC 1500 Denali. Cant wait to get my hands on it and let it sit in my driveway while i drive my 1999 4runner LOL. Cant miss with this buy right now, just my opinion

As one looking to get a Tacoma, coming from Sedans (Accord current, Camry previous) and living in the Chicagoland. I personally would rather wait to get the 24’ Tacoma (TRD Off-Road specifically). I know 3rd Gen is great but if it’s a few months wait, I rather get the new generation
  • @jos642
