If Robbie Reyes uses a Car instead of a Motorcycle, wouldn't that technically make him a Ghost "Driver" instead of a "Rider"?

He forgot to mention that the ghost riders also have the ability to manipulate/demonify multiple vehicles, machines, and weapons. Not just one.
