Beto is right. I said this in another video comment section but I don't think the public as a whole was aware of how mired down in the dark, vitriolic, divisive rhetoric of the Trump world we really were until Walz entered the scene. He added such a lightness and joy to the scene that really lifts that heavy weight of darkness off of the nation. There is such an exuberance and optimism that is palpable and I think it's re-energized the base, if not the country.
