10:15 In my area, we call it "jambu." We usually cut off the bottom and remove any bad parts of the fruit. When I'm ready to eat it, I like to dip it in my homemade sambal, which is super easy to make. Just mix a little salt, two red chilies, and a bit of lime juice. Don't forget to crush the chilies to bring out the spiciness!
