The kiwi character can be summed up with this story during WW2. British general to Bernard Freyberg, commander 2'nd NZ division: 'Bernard I've been around your camp today & no-one saluted me'. Freyburg: 'yes but if you wave, they'll wave back'.

I remember my family watching Benazir Bhutto back in Pakistan after her exile had ended, and it was like a tragic movie scene when she was martyred right there, in front of our eyes on the TV. My mother, sisters, and I - all of us cried. Maybe at some point, Benazir may have inspired my mother, who was a teacher, to educate all 5 of her children - male and female - to the master's degree levels and beyond. A computer scientist, an electrical engineer, a mechanical engineer, an aeronautical engineer, and a physicist.

I love the fact that New Zealand laud and celebrate their indigenous population. Unlike USA who have committed mass Genocide of the native Indian, or Australia where they have destroyed the aborigines. Not to mention the illegal occupation, and Genocide of the Palestinians by Israel.
  • A TRIBUTE TO BENAZIR BHUTTO. SHE WAS INDEED A WOMAN OF SUBSTANCE AND INTELLECT

Feeling extremely happy when Jacinda gave tribute to our former (late) prime minister Benazir Bhutto. Benazir Bhutto was truly a great leader of all times

America is a country really embattled at the moment. Jacinda's tells Americans not to give up, not to devolve to division and outright conflict, that big issues can be addressed and resolved. Interestingly she says that kindness and understanding should be at the root of mprogress, I cant disagree.
  • and I thought speeches in High School English in front of the classroom was hard enough.

AFTER EXPERIENCING , UP CLOSE HOW WORTHLESS THIS LAW SCHOOL IS WITH SETTLING REAL LAWSUITS IMMEDIATELY , JACINDA MUST HAVE BEEN IN A TREMEMDOUS HURRY TO GET BACK HOME . pww

It is sad that what she says actually has to be said.
  • Nga mihi hoki kia koe Aunty - te ataahua o to korero - whilst I'm not a labour support I do feel very proud of the way you presented NZ to the world - A small country who punches above its weight. Our parliament that reflects the makeup of our communities in NZ - A beautiful ending - we need to be kind to one another. Kia ora koe Aunty
