    something amazing happened! i went so deep into the emotions with this meditation and when the bell first rang i simply just couldnt move my body. it felt like i was flying. it felt like something i never felt before. when the bell rang second time i "woke up" again and could move my body. but i never slept. it was an AMAZING sensation. thank you so much for this wonderful energy <3

    I needed this- I’ve been suffering extreme burn out working in a call center, with ADHD, while in school to work my dream job as a yoga instructor, but I had called out of work because I couldn’t even bear to go in and expose myself to all the negativity and hardships of each of these customers from the city. I’m a small town guy with ptsd and I had a panic attack because I don’t get paid for sick time and I keep getting ill. Where I’m getting at is, for a few moments, this meditation practice gave me hope and filled my body with light I know that’s there. I didn’t realize how much grey and murky energy was in me but it was like wringing out a oily sponge. Just kept coming out... thank you for helping me find me. I thank my body to allow myself to be a temple of serenity and love and wish that each day of whoever reads this will be filled with light and safety and warmth

    Every child should be taught meditation @ school. I couldnt control my emotions stress, deppresion,anxiety i found meditation later on in life it has helped me so much to deal with my problems. im blessed with all the content creators on youtube i am trully grateful for all the meditiation videos everyone puts out on there channels, if it wasnt for you guys i would be trapped in a sad world but you have helped me to find the lock and key to a different world ❤❤❤
