    I’m not sure why, but good meditations make you cry. They release emotions you had stored away out of fear, or feeling like you needed to protect yourself. But you are safe, it is true. And you are loved. Sitting and remembering that you are your own sacred being, capable of producing beauty and wonder and kindness is such a healing thing.

    I needed this, I’m feeling lost right now, and I know the only person who can truly help me is myself. I may be scared, but i won’t let it guide me. This meditation helped me to let my inner fire burn brighter, and envision myself a warrior. Thank you.

  • Girl I just love how you do these guided meditations. Your voice is so sweet and loving. You talk for a few minutes and get us into a beautiful space, set an intention, share wonderful affirmations (mantras) and then you just let the music play. So many people who do guided meditations keep talking through the whole thing. I love how you use the bells reminding me of Tich Nat Han. And at the end you let the music play for a minute or two after you've closed it out. Lovely. My only suggestion would be if you could please make some that are up to 30 minutes long. I just listened to two in a row because I wasn't quite ready to come out of it and to stop and pause it or put on other music breaks the flow. Thanks so so much for all you are and do.
