    This type kind and style of music helps me control my ADHD symptoms without medication. It provides background noise for those parts of my brain to tune in to freeing up the rest,(which had been taking up ram to clean up the static) for me to concentrate on the tasks in front of me. This is only my personal opinion but if this helps others with ADHD kudos. This is my self edit as the comments have helped me with better words to clarify I hope.
