How about a piece on the blockades, and the police chief who ordered them, trapping and rerouting people back into the fire.

The police blocked all exit roads and directed family filled cars back into the flames. The only people to survive in their cars ran the road blocks or found dirt back roads.

There will be no accountability for all those who died. Who knows what the correct death count is? Those who jumped in the ocean and never returned.

Yes, Gov Green shut off the water and internet, it says he can do that in the emergency proclamation he signed 3 weeks before 08/08

You forgot the part about the people who lost their homes have nowhere to go, work, send their children to school. Yet, we can fund 2 wars but not help our fellow Americans.

  • I remember that day the winds were really strong that day, I have lived here 10 years and they had never been that strong. Heartbreaking to hear the stories of the firefighters.

What an incredible story of survival in the midst of certain death... Maui Firefighter Tanner Mosher is a modern day hero. Thank you, Sir ( and your fellow firefighters ) for your dedication and bravery!

Of all the angles to tell this story at…. This is what you pick? Something evil is going on in Lahaina

The police chief's previous job was overseeing the Las Vegas concert mass shooting as chief of Police there. The exit roads were blocked there as well.

What ever happened to all the hundreds of missing people? Were they all found? Seems like news about this whole thing just disappeared from the media
