A person watching the ski crash trial investigated "MeetUp" links shown in court while Gwyneth Paltrow was testifying last Friday. The viewer found evidence within that link and informed the defense of their discovery. Both Paltrow's defense and Terry Sanderson's attorneys agreed to allow the evidence into the trial as an exhibit.

Both sides have horrible attorneys. This case is a mess.
  • I watched as much of this trial as I could stomach. The attorneys are so cringe. I’d be crying if they were representing me.
  • @bobbarker1798
What a terrible lawyer! Stumbling through a written statement like that. I hardly understood any of that.
  • I really like this judge. Very calm, patient, engaged, rational, fair, listens, and attentive.

Everyone’s first mistake was not having the greatest attorney Darrell E. Brooks handling the case. These amateurs have not yet proven subject matter jurisdiction!

I love this recent string of examples of what our country's judges are really about - fair judgment in the face of absurdity.
  • @MegaTriumph1
The judge is a remarkable human being. Didn't know we even have these on this planet.
  • @tessgella
The judge is the star here. Very professional and collected.

I believe most people do the best they can no matter the situation but I’m absolutely stunned by the representation in this case. These attorneys seem like amateurs. The incompetence, the lack of preparation and professionalism is truly unbearable and inexcusable.

Is it me or does anybody else watching the trial feel she should have hired a better lawyer like Johnny Depp's legal team?
  • @maggiemmoore
Evidence that any of us who may end up in court will likely be screwed due to attorney incompetence.
  • Lol I watched almost every full day of the Depp/Heard trial but this, I couldn't even make it 2 days...these lawyers (on BOTH sides) are completely ridiculous
  • @desert123100
All that money and she can't hire a lawyer who knows (or can find someone who knows) how the internet works?
  • @oldgrizz8720
I can't believe how incompitent these attorneys appear.
  • Well I think we can ALL agree that both attorneys are unprepared, unprofessional & embarrassing their clients & making a mockery of the court. These frivolous lawsuits are a giant waste of time & tax payers money!
  • the fact that they had 6 years to obtain this evidence, and never tried to obtain it by hiring someone who has better tech skills than themselves is crazy. I liked the Judge's phrasing. Nuts that Owens wanted to take "credit" for it when he did not initiate retrieving the evidence -- the viewer did it on his own.
