  • That was a gross abuse of power by that officer, the bailiff, and judge. That woman was telling the truth. That officer did what she accused him of. I'm glad she won her case against them.
  • Shame on those two male officers, and shame on that judge for just sitting there. SHAME on them!

The incident with the mother brought me to tears. I’m so happy she was vindicated and justice was served and I hope she’s healed from any trauma of being arrested and assaulted in front of her child. My heart is broken for her 😢

Watching that woman so desperate and these men abusing their power in front of her poor child was absolutely heart wrenching. And to sit by and not say anything or even search for proof of her claims is absolutely disgusting shame on everyone who had a hand in this

That is absolutely disgusting what that lady went through and her daughter witnessed the whole incident. The Judge ignoring the whole incident and the Marshall should have been taken into custody.
  • @superthowed8651
It's good the lady got her 💰 and all them who wronged her were held accountable.
  • It just hits home so hard that people still look away if people are getting molested/se**** harrassed, and try to pull the power card. I am glad that true justice has come at end for the young mother and her child.
  • The first clip showing the woman pleading for someone to listen and the female judge just ignored her made me so mad. I’m glad she made a complaint and won her case and that officer was fired. All of them should be ashamed of themselves.

The sheer terror and pain in that poor women’s voice when she begging another women to help her broke my heart. I don’t understand how another women can watch a mother begging you to do something about someone who sexually assaulted her and you just look away and act like you don’t care.
  • Unbelievable!! That female judge just sat there and then turned her back as if nothing was going on is sickening. She probably knew the lady wasn't lying and said nothing. They should have threw her off the bench as well. This is disgusting behavior on all the court appointed parties makes you wonder what else was ignored along the way.

I honestly believe there should be laws in place where judges and lawyers face harsher sentences since they broke the same laws they are supposed to understand thoroughly and uphold.

That’s disgusting how much leniency was given to the judge for a DUI! If it was any of the general population, it would’ve been at least $10,000 fine and years in jail! That’s ridiculous! NOBODY is above the law!!
  • They doin all that with the child still there in the court room is just insane
  • @qtippyyy
The clip of the other woman begging for help to another woman was heartbreaking. She literally turned her back, they gaslighted her to even call herself a liar all for her not to go to jail! I’m glad she won her case and got her money! How gross those other people are!!!! I’m glad they got punished.

As for that prospective juror, it is quite usual to get dismissed from serving if they have any sort of actual knowledge like she had. As a paralegal for 48 years, I was called twice to jury duty and both times as soon as they were made aware that I had knowledge of the law because of my occupation, out I went. Most attorneys don't want to have a knowledgeable jury as it is way harder to BS them. The attorneys in that case should have gladly let her go and told the judge so.

26:10 Is one of countless reasons people don't trust the legal system. Only 3 days in jail for a DUI? Hmm, I wonder why?!
  • @JustTanya.
My heart goes out to the lady that was assaulted by the marshal and no one believed her and didn't care. And good for her for not backing down. I can't even imagine how many other women that man assaulted but kept quiet out of fear. It's horrible what her daughter witnessed but I hope it's a story she can tell her daughter so that her daughter knows to not let anyone get away with something like that.
  • “Don’t take away my mama.” This poor baby girl deserves so much better.
