Sometimes reviews are on point sometimes ppl are salty and leave bad reviews for no reason. 😂 I know someone that left a bad review at a place they didn't even live at, because they hated the manager and never could find parking when they came to visit. Depends on what your needs are. Are you trying to save money then move. Or are you trying to stay put for a few years. If you're not trying to move around it'll be worth spending a little extra. But more expensive apartments not always worth it either. I used to live in a place where they kept raising the rent but never did shit. Like give new amenities, paint, etc. Shit literally had to be all the way broken before they would upgrade it smh. I live in Cali, prices already crazy, its harder to find the gems for the low without living in a busted area with the worst neighbors.
