Great film but not sure about the 80's electric blue sound track.

"After six months the shoe falls apart". I read and hear this type of comment by clothes horses all the time and it is utter bollocks. Unless you wear the shoes or clothes in a way that they are not designed for even inexpensive items will last a many times longer than that.

Shoe trees are definitely very important..

the music is louder than his own voice making it difficult to understand.

I bought my first pair of Allen Edmonds because I appreciate quality, craftsmanship, and the longivety of the shoe. But what bothers me is when a lot of videos, such as this, says cheap shoes fall apart after 6 months or even a year. I bought a pair of Rockports at Macy's for $100. 7 years later, I'm still wearing them. They lasted me 6 years before the sole cracked in half. I can still wear them, but only in dry conditions.

Superior advice for bespoke gentlemen. Please delete soundtrack. It's not needed and distracting.

Funky music, sounds like a Miami Vice acid trip all in one, and yet you find yourself polishing shoes... must be the chemicals...

Re-work the video by taking out the horrible background track and repost. Great video save the music.

Do you wax the bottoms? I've always asked myself how to maintain the bottoms clean. Thought at first people used sandpaper. How would you recommend to prep the leather before applying the shoecream then wax? any help would be greatly appreciated
