Oooooohhhhhh! Oh my gosh! I literally thought I had to deny my feelings completely and like just be a robot for God. It means place God at the center of everything... obey Him. Think like Him... Allow Him to guide you... Ooohhhh! God bless Dr. Stanley a million fold! Thank you, sir!

To take up the cross means to be willing to face temptations, repent and do good works in the Lord's name. The cross represents temptation. To deny oneself is to love the Lord and our neighbor more than ourselves. To love the Lord is to love the good from Him. Good is of love and love is of good. His love is the Divine . The Lord's Divine Love is the Father in Him and what is in a person is the soul. The Soul of Jesus is the Father. That's how the Father and Son are one, one as Soul and Body in the Lord. Jesus said, My Father and I are one. Soul and body are one AMEN
  • God has Blessed me so much and helped me to grow with these teaching and preachings to walk away from a life in destruction or walk away from the sin that is in our life daily we have to pray that God strength us and study His Word and anything that hinders you from serving Him we should run from and not let satan have control of our life but to let God have total control in every decision we make great and small and I mean no one or nothing that keeps you from God everyday in our life we have to fight satan off

Thank you, am Blessed to understand the way of the Cross, The cross itself has two pieces one piece horizontally placed and the other is vertical. The horizontal one which carries the spread hands is the sign of touching other peoples life , so its good to talk to the Lord everyday how and who you should touch on that particular day, write them down and listen to the holy spirit, then you will find the best direction for that particular day. The vertical Piece is the one which the feet, heart and head are attached. This means it symbolize and reminds us to let our minds be transformed by God's word, our hearts to carry the message and do it with passion and our feet will only move in Jesus Direction no matter how stretched our hands, Thank you

I so enjoy the biblical teachings of Dr. Stanley. I was raised as Baptist and participated in the AME church as well. I became a member of a nondenominational church up moving to the "city" but through it all, I watched and listened to Dr. Stanley periodically. Then I started having health issues. I was forced into disability retirement and it was during this time that I listened more and more to In Touch and Dr. Stanley. His teachings have helped me grow on my spiritual journey. I wish I would have taken them to heart when I first heard him many years ago. I'm grateful that God placed such a man as Dr. Charles F. Stanley to disciplinarian he is reaching so many of us who are hungry for understanding our role, our purpose in His overall plan. I pray God will continue to bless this man and. this ministry ๐Ÿ’•Amen๐Ÿ’•
