"authenticity" has been my word of the year and it plays quite well into the ai topic. i work in private biotech as an ai developer and recently had to undertake the task of writing up a policy governing generative ai use by our researchers and scientists and one of the primary points of the policy focused on the importance of retaining a researchers authenticity when they use gen ai and the criticality of being honest. it's all boiling down to trust.

Yes, AI definitely for me is the word of the year. Thinking about how we, humans, are already using verbs like hallucinate to humanize AI will most likely continue. We want our robots to be very much like humans in almost everyway. I'll predict this will eventually normalize AI into our teaching and learning environments in all areas of life.
