Her body language throughout this trial says it all: GUILTY. She refuses to make eye contact, because she is so embarassed. She thought she was so smart and would never get caught.

42:49 - you don't have to be abusive to perform effective cross-examination. He's hurting his client by being unnecessarily abusive to the witness.

Is this a movie? Are these people real? Damn, everybody is a criminal or has a record and into drugs and guns.

I don’t blame the witness’. They are trying to help. The day they witnessed these things taking place (Ashley saying she’d shoot someone because she’s too small to kill them, etc) they probably did not realize she was actually capable of something like this and didn’t realize they’d wind up being a witness to a murder.

In 14 months, she bought him a motorcycle, a baby yacht boat, an innumerable amount of guns, Sam's club dry goods, dang, date me!
