I've never seen a defense attorney be so unprepared when questioning flipping through all those pages on a legal pad. That bump on his head must have been a hard hit.

Wow the defense clarified she bought the more expensive items in the store for what she was buying. Great point defense she had extra money because she stole it and the owner wasn’t coming back.

I have never seen as casual a murder trial as this one :) With all these talks about weather, snacks, etc you can almost forget why they are gathered together over there :)

Rumor has it this dude is still flipping through his notes 🤦🏻♀️ Perhaps the trial wouldn’t take so long if this defense attorney would clean up his act and the judge would stop acting foolish!!! 🤷🏻♀️
