Recently learned Armscor Makati Manila Pistol shooting is P600 for Filipinos, but P1500 for foreigners. Other branches also have extreme price difference. This is really dishonest and taking advantage of foreigners. Especially when Armscor exports products other countries including USA. This could give Armscor or Rock Island Armory (RIA) a bad reputation with US customers and other countries abroad. Another YouTuber Tony Phan covered it in his video below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uCA5oBWSfzI&t=400s
  • Thank You ArmsCor! Isa Ako , I'm One Of the Filipino. Who Doesn't Have A Colonial Mentality! Magaling Ang Atin ang Laging Iisipin . Sabi nga Ni Francis M. Dba? Tutoo naman na MGaling Most if Not All! Mga Products Natin! Magaganda Tulad Ng Mg Filipino Women!

I'm a Cebu native and I've been an American citizen for 15 years now. I own a Rock Island Armory M5 shotgun and a 1911 GI and I'm very impressed about the performance of these firearms. I've never had a failure in both of them except for just bad ammo, other than that nothing else. It's just funny how the prices there are higher(being made locally and sold locally) compared to the ones sold here which involves import tax. Definitely will go and check out their range once I visit the homeland

Great video Armscor makes nice weapons and a great 1911 A1

I agree with you of the 1911 9mm. I have a Browning Hi Power1911 9mm and it shoots real straight and loved it. I now CC a S&W Shield 9mm as the 1911 is bulky.I will definitely visit this place when I get the time.

nice vid, armscor shows profession in their trade. love the 9mm in the 1911 shows little recoil. smaller bullets in heavy frames means less recoil, less recoil means higher accuracy.

Thanks for the vid. Very informational.  Will stop over to use the range next time I visit Cebu.

Going Cebu In A Few Weeks Bro Thanks 4 D Vid Will Be Adding It To The To Do List !!! 👊
  • Did an 80% RIA 9 em em 1911 last year. I mean, for right at $400, it was not a bad gun, considering al the small parts are injection molded. But I wanted to find out if I had the patience for the project on a cheaper gun before I went and bought top of the line parts for my 10mm/.357 Sig longslide.
  • Very good patterns! My EDC is a Glock 19. I love 9mm for the light recoil and magazine capacity but most of all the economical shooting. Walking around unarmed is my biggest concern since I have been considering visiting the Philippines. Not that I am highly concerned of the crime rate but mainly for the peace of mind I have by always having my weapon on me. It's my favorite habit

Wish I knew about this place when I was in Cebu! That 9mm 1911 looks like a nice one. I like my CZs for EDC in the US
  • @jasonism123
which gun do they have which is the most compact/subcompact? Like for people with smaller hands..do they even have one?
  • @fishsauce1
Excellent shooting & review, your lucky to shoot a full auto, most people here in the US dont even get to shoot full autos unless you live in states that allow it. I heard gun laws in Aus were very strict.
