    Unions are the final fail-safe. The protection against locking employees into a pay rate that becomes more obsolete by the decade. I'm proud of Democrats coming out so hard for unions over the last decade. It's about time they stopped being scared of corporate propaganda that says "sorry, we know we're making record profits, but there's just NO WAY we could give any of that back to the people who make us that money."
