  • I wish my gym was less judgmental:. It’s a home gym but that guy in the mirror is hard to please. Good stuff Mitch
  • @TheLazyLabrador
Between actually asking permission to film, and Mitch’s kind personality, there’s no way there could’ve been conflict.

The manager said “lower value” lol He meant lower price point. High value.

Arnold was asked if he preferred dumbbells or kettle bells in his workouts. His response was "Your muscle doesn't know what you have in your hand" So Planet Fitness might not be what you're used to but you can probably make it work and your muscle doesn't know what gym you're at anyway.

For $10/month, this place is super clean and the one near me is never busy. Plus equipment is rarely broken. I give it a thumbs up!

I work out at Planet Fitness 5 times a week. I am not a bodybuilder, but i am fit and strong. You can get the workout you need at P.F. Definitely a great value at Planet Fitness.
  • When you go thru life with a smile like this guy does people respond to it and usually drop any preconceived judgements. This video is an example of how just being a positive/nice person goes a long way. Cheers on you mate, well done.

I’m a mom of 3 and the price of the membership is why I workout at PF. Can’t beat $10 a month and it’s well equipped, clean and gets the job done 🏋🏻‍♀️
  • @hdavis9070
I've been a member at my PF for 3 years. There are other gyms in town that may have more features, but it's more about what you put into your workout, than where you train. In the last year I've put an inch on my arms, hit a 820lb 2RM on hip sled, dropped about 5% body fat, and have yet to hear the lunk alarm even go off. For ~$10 a month, it's well worth it.
  • I used to work out at planet fitness and only left because of the dumbbells and no barbells. The environment and equipment were really nice. I would say for a younger, single guy, this is the gym for you. People here are a bit less serious about their workouts and more likely to start talking to you. For guys wanting to meet girls, this is the place. I am married but also observant.

Great video. So over the "let's get kicked out" videos. Glad to see a grown up doing a genuine review /test lift. Like you always say lift heavy be kind!
  • @TommySawyer314
Emphasis on kindness is so necessary today. Thanks for the education and entertainment too!
  • @Chango110418
I can’t back a gym that says judgement free zone then proceeds to have a sign judging people by how they look lol
  • @halios
By far the realest take I've seen on planet fitness from an industry pro
  • Great video I'm a 67 year young retired natural pro bodybuilder I've been training at planet fitness since they're conception all over the country and in my opinion for what they offer it's the greatest value for your money. It's clean friendly and accessible 24 hours a day in most places.
  • @TraderRoss
I got a PF membership. It's a great place for introverts. I'm fat & out of shape so I don't need super fancy workout plans, just the basics.

Hey Mitch. I've been in the gym 3 months and your videos have got me interested in strongman and powerlifting. My aim is to enter a powerlifting comp by the end of the year. Your videos are really informative and entertaining, keep up the good work!
