Welp this aged quickly
-
“Nobody is trading for Zach Wilson, we all know this.” Sean Payton “hold my beer.”
-
I am relieved for Zach Wilson getting out of this mess. Zach is going to one of the 3 franchises with the proper coach to groom him. Zach was traded to the Broncos. The team failed his development and completely blamed him for everything that went wrong. Then the fans developed a Zach Wilson derangement syndrome because they expected him to be Joe Burrow by year 2, even though ZW didn’t have the experience and college pedigree as Burrow. ZW needed time and patience to develop; but this organization was not only bad in QB development, but they expected whomever was there to be a seasoned QB immediately.
-
That was the worst explanation by a GM to try to convince people they want to keep Zach Wilson and that he’s an asset

This aged like milk

“Nobody will trade for Zac Wilson” -Simms….. Traded 2 hours later…
-
The definition of blowing smoke up our asses. Traded in less than 4 hours
-
Zack has only played with a horrible offensive line. Rogers only survived 4 plays with that line. Zach spent the rest of the season running for his life. He’s better than you think.
-
The Broncos: "Good enough for us."
-
How is it possible that Douglas is still the GM
-
Technically, the broken dryer out in my shed is an "asset" too. Similar trade value to Wilson. Edit This comment was written before Wilson was traded to the Broncos. It turns out that I was mistaken. I would expect to receive more than what the Broncos gave up for Wilson if they want my dryer. After all, with some work the dryer actually has the potential to eventually be good at its job.

Every team needs a skilled QB3, and Zach Wilson could be one of the most dependable QB3s in the NFL.
-
we still need a port-a-john attendee , so there's that ..
-
He is an asset. A trade asset.
-
He’s an “asset” yet your owner came out and devalued that asset by saying they didn’t have a backup QB last season. A clear shot at Wilson lmao. Idk how I’m a fan of this organization 🤣
-
Anybody with any common sense should know that he has been running for his life from day 1 with NO OC . Give Zach competent o line play and decent oc and he will be balling.
-
The Jets and Chargers have the same decades old issue..ownership.
-
The Broncos technically traded for Zach, but he was basically cut. The Jets moved up like 40 spots very late in the draft and are paying Zach's salary.
-
Yes ZW struggled but he was more inconsistent than anything. Maybe he has the mechanics but not the intuitive skills for being QB1. I really think he could be a reliable backup or QB3.

The delta between ability and on-field play with Zach Wilson might be the biggest I’ve ever seen as an NFL fan. He should be terrific. His skillset is actually similar to Aaron Rodgers. But I think Zach lost his Mojo and needs it back. It’s Tic Toc though. For his career he needs to go elsewhere and have a good QB coach. If it doesn’t happen soon he’ll just be another retired NFL player.
