I am struggling with communication because I just can’t find the right words to describe my ideas and because I think so fast I get lost most if not all the time. I have thought verbally for a long time, and it has crossed my mind more than once how limiting it can be, too slow. Trying to reprogram my thinking to side more in the abstract

That was a great video, with a lot of key insights! I loved the idea of the "choices to make meaning", and the fact that you can learn how to make those choices more effectively. I find that one of the barriers that people have with "learning visual thinking" is that the examples you find around there (like your own sketch on this video) are... beautiful, and when you compare with what you can do yourself... well, it turns you down!! And that keeps you away from exploring the power of "less-than-beautiful" visuals.
