  • FANTASTIC! For some reason when I was searching for "hanging wallpaper", too many videos were from the UK and the installation methods were slightly less than ideal. I'm grateful I found yours, you are a craftsman in your trade and I have respect for professionals! Unfortunately the manufacturer of the mural I purchased decided to go with "Butt" edges, no bleed. So, we will just have to be extra careful! Thanks again!
  • Just completed a mural job and I used some of your tips off your Chanel and it helped me so much on the installation of my mural job my customers are very happy with end result, thank you Spencer

Hello Spencer: I'm a wallpaper manufacturer, making luxury mural wallpaper, I have to say I am just in love with these videos. I just started showing them to my team, so we have a better sense of what you folks go through in the field, trying to install complicated goods like ours. Thanks for giving it your best. Susan Harter.
  • You do a good job Spencer I've learned a lot from you , cutting an 1/8 close near the patern its the trick thats how I managed this overlap wallpaper , love your videos.
  • @sewapoo
Thanks for this! I just finished my project and it looks great!
  • @maxxyqueen
I cant see any lines. Omg!! Soo perfect!!
  • First of all you do amazing work. Is there a reason you began double cut about a 1/2" right of white border? It seems to me cutting at the wall has less margin for error than table trimming. But it is so hard to get comfortable with. Especially with tropical patterns or large half drops. Any advice?
  • I'm realize in America the good talking is more important what you can do. I studied the painting, decoration etc. in high skill worker school three years long in Europe. I finished the school in 1989! But in USA if I mention this everybody is saying I'm asshole. I don't like matching the edges with this white over edges. I'm always complaining to factories why they are not cutting the edges in the factory. My first hanged wallpaper was in 1986 and never had this over lap thing in that ages and it looked perfect always. I'm thinking on every project the factories want to just make more difficult for the installing.

Very well tutored thanks, and the use of the fingernail is a new one on me, love it, I have used the seam buster double cut tool goes through both sheets slightly pulling the cut from the substrate. keep them coming, most of my paper hanging is domestic but i suppose same principal applies, cheers
  • Thanks for the videos and channel. I just found it a few days ago always like to see how other painters and decorators work around the world, I have done a few murals myself but always seems to be the customers go for the really cheap ones which are like tissue paper it looks like you have a really good quality one there. keep up the good work

  • @htop9893
Hey what's the name of the wallpaper your using ?
  • What type of wallpaper is this? Does this work with peel and stick?
  • @johnattend6915
Why you didn't cut the white strip first ? It's more easy to find the match no ?
  • @gailh5625
Please film some of this again after you reposition the camera. In one of your videos about cutting around a doorway you say, "Watch" but your arm and hand completely obscure what you are doing! I'd love to see itr more clearly.
  • @keremhesenov
Hi mster i have onw question yest...please ansver me
  • All you had to do is cut off the white section and then you could easily match the paper. Then make your cut.
