    I’ve done shanks in the slow cooker for years! For me it’s a way better flavour without the tomatoes they just over power everything . I bake large sweet potato 200c for 2 hours than cut in half with butter and cinnamon sugar and some green beans!

  • Absolutely delicious, l added sweet potato & followed the suggested format including using a tea towel to absorb the condensation. The meat was so incredibly tasty & it fell off the bone. I thoroughly enjoyed the commentary on the video & the helpful hints. A successful & new family favourite. 👍😀
