THE VERBIAGE FOR A LAW EXEMPTING HOSPITALITY WORKERS FROM TAXED TIPS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!! Why??? Because if it's not stipulated in the law that it exempts "Hospitality workers" THEN any hedge fund manager, who currently work on "commission" (as well as other types of workers who work on commission) can and WILL end up changing their work contracts to call their "commissions TIPS" thereby creating yet ANOTHER Loophole for the rich to get richer & not pay their fair share of taxes And Vice President Harris just made it CLEAR in that speech that the INTENT is for HOSPITALITY WORKERS, NOT Hedge Fund managers or billion dollar real estate agents!!!!
