Hey guys, small consideration I'd like to add since recording this: while I love the Renault Zoe, it's worth noting it absolutely flopped its Euro NCAP crash test recently. I probably would have left it off the list if I'd known at the time, but will leave you to form your own opinions. Hope you enjoyed the vid! Let me know down below: which cars should have made the cut that didn't, and which didn't that should have?

I can't believe the job Jack's done since joining Fully Charged. What an appointment. Also, car manufacturers, if you read this, let's get a few more electric hatchbacks, saloons and estates shall we? Not everything needs to be an SUV.

Wow! Engaging, informative, entertaining - what else can I say? Brilliant, thanks so much Jack!

Would be nice to just mention Tesla S & X. May like it or not - it's a history of EVs, same as Leaf. Very nice episode though. :)

Jack is in danger of developing a smarmy, patronising Quentin Wilson style of delivery. 😂 Thanks for the excellent guide. 🙂👍

I passed my test in December and bought the Renault Zoe ❤️ not bad for a first car but I’ve got my eye on Audi e-tron or model 3 for my next 👀
  • How could one possibly better, nicer, more suiting and charming present such a review of 30 buying options. Well done and thanks for your believably summarized insights👍😃!

Not even a mention of the brilliant original Ioniq EV, extremely underrated car.
  • @FFVoyager
Used EV's - you missed the real peach. The early Hyundai Ioniq 28kWh. Can be found for less than an e-Up! goes further than the e-Golf and REALLY efficient so goes a lot further than you might imagine the battery size suggests.

I’d love to see Citroen produce a larger version of their Ami with a design that harks back to the original 2CV. OK, it won’t be a quadracycle but the market is screaming out for a cool, funky, fun, inexpensive EV that’s proud to be simple.
  • @Roamor1
Excellent overview, so good to see how broad our options have become.
  • @sIightIybored
Sounds like I'm buying a used MG5 in a few years then. The affordable ones finally sound good enough.

Another show-stopping review by Jack. Engaging, entertaining, enlightening, educational, informative and humorous. Have I omitted any superlatives?
  • @chrismuldutch

Thank you Fully Charged Team for bringing Jack onboard. That's all I had to say. Regards

Great video as always. As you cared to ask, one key omission in the used category is the Ioniq Classic 28kWh. It could be the category winner. I am biased as I own one and cover the experience on my pages. But apart from the not so inspiring look, it ticks all the boxes at £18k used. Plenty of range with heating on in winter for normal commutes, great charging curve meaning you can do proper longer trips, excellent interior comfort with a simple layout of the controls, Tesla levels of energy efficiencies, fully equipped on entry level and enough space for a small family. It makes switching to EV easy(/ier)!
  • Can't wait to see you this weekend in Amsterdam and do some nice videos.
  • @JazzMachine77
I've got my Skoda Enyaq 80x 1 month ago and it's a amazing car, very comfortable, spacious, and with a amazing range. Perfect for long road trips.

The fact that Jack even knows that Fife even exists is awesome! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
