This environmentally conscious company provided me with everything I needed to build a green world, from wind turbine delivery to hassle-free installation. In this video, I share my experiences and answer frequently asked questions from those who want to adopt a sustainable lifestyle.

Below, I share the questions I asked the support team and the answers I received during the installation.

1- I would like to get information about the installation, can you help me?
Answer: Of course, how can we help?
2- My cargo has arrived, how do I do the installation?
Answer: In order to do the installation, you must first have a suitable pole on which the turbine can be mounted. Then you can proceed with the installation. The box content of the product includes an installation guide and all necessary diagrams.
The installation of the turbine is very easy, you can quickly install the flange and blades according to the installation guide.
In the next step, the Turbine should be mounted on the pole. 3- After mounting the wind turbine on the pole, where should we connect the main switch?
Answer: The main switch should be positioned between the wind turbine and the charge controller. However, there is an important point to note here; the batteries and load (Dumpload) must first be connected to the charge controller and finally the turbine must be connected.
Batteries are connected in series. After the batteries are connected in series among themselves, they should be connected to the charge controller by paying attention to the polarity. When connecting the cables coming from the battery at the inverter input, it is necessary to pay attention to the polarity (+/-).
4- Plus and minus poles are not specified in the charge controller. How should the cables coming from the turbine be connected?

Answer: Since the current coming from the turbine is Alternating current (AC), there is no polarity separation. You can connect the 3 supplied cables directly to the wind turbine input on the charge controller.

3- It's okay. What do we need to do to stop the wind turbine in stormy weather? Will there be any problems?

Answer: There are Automatic and Manual latches under the charge controller. If you turn it to manual, the propeller speed will decrease or come to a halt. If you turn it to automatic, it will turn on again and continue to produce energy.

5- I understand, thank you. So, is there anything we need to maintain?

Answer: There is no need for maintenance. It has a lifespan of 20 years.

    Wind and solar energy is the clean future for our planet. I highly commend you for installing the wind turbine and you did an amazing job!! You asked the Azcarbon support team some very, very good questions and they were efficient with the answers to them all. Does the wind turbine make very much noise as it operates? Do the gel batteries hold enough energy to get you through a storm if you have to put it on manual? I think you will have plenty of renewable energy between using the solar panels and the wind turbine. My hat goes off to you sir, you've done very well!!
