I think this video is super helpful, both for realizing that "he's just not that into you", but also for realizing that he IS, particularly when you're dating one of the no-emotion-talk specimens. When my bf and I started dating, I used to wonder why I felt so secure and sure that he liked me and was all in even though he never said it and wasn't doing any of the "romcom courting behaviors" like buying flowers or sweet talking or singing underneath my window at night. :D Turns out he ticked all the boxes on this list and I must have subconsciously felt it.

Brilliantly helpful video.. I’ve bern badly hurt in the past and tend to be insecure, but by watching Matt’s videos this has helped me to understand myself better, and thereby I’m more able to understand relations more. My boyfriend is not a romantic person (just occasionally!) but he’s ticked all the boxes in your video and this has really encouraged me as it’s helped me to see and understand the love my boyfriend has for me, and I for him!
