If I got offered more money, to do the same job, less weeks, one less day a week. I would go.
  • @Hmuondestiny
At the end of the day it's a job, you should be able to work for whoever you choose
  • At last, he gets it.......people have a freedom of choice that differs from your own opinion, he sits there like some forlorn victim when he was complicit in attacking LIV and all the golfers that moved to LIV. The only reason he stayed with the PGA is because he wants to win the Masters. No one threw him under a bus , he was the mouthpiece for the PGA Tour willingly.

He is just accepting reality. The tours tried to resist LIV but they have too much money. If you can’t beat them you have to an extent join them
  • @Emm.Jaycee
Greedy man follows the money. In other news, scientists have revealed the sky is blue.

Board meeting..I think he went to Plank meetings..

Rory has clearly reached the acceptance stage…. Having been through the Denial- Anger- Bargaining- Depression stages. My only question is why has it taken Rory nearly 2 years?? That’s a long time to take before the penny has dropped.

I don’t think there is enough humble pie in existence for Rory to eat……was absolutely thrown to the lions by Monahan
  • @roymunson1
He be with them in a year too of he wins the masters this year.

Rory was thrown under the bus. He was pushed forward as the PGA spokesperson and has been burned. You cannot hold back the tide ie LIV money so he is being pragmatic. Time to move on.

everyone is in it for the money. Look at how man sponsorships they have. Some guys have 6+ non clothing logos on them. if they were in it for for fame, glory or tradition they'd have no logos. Simples.

He got thrown under the bus by the PGA Tour so I'm not surprised he's changed his tune on the subject. He's a smart guy and he can see that LIV has the money to outlast the PGA Tour.

It seems there may be a big departure of professional golfers to the golf tour with the best balance of opportunities and lifestyle for both players and stakeholders. It's hard to ignore a global platform with the potential for massive investment, seemingly much more than an $8 Billion domestic fund. How much money/opportunity can Rory rationally resist at this stage of his career and who will actually benefit from his decisions?

rory " i see the light, what light " ur a self employed sole trader wake up no golf tour cares what u say or do it's only the bottom line that they care about

Two faced Rory tries to destroy Phil Mickelson too afraid to destroy Jon Rahm
  • @mikehumphrey7413
Rory, you should stuff them all. Go and join all the boys at LIV and start a new team.
