Here it is, my biggest project yet. This took me a few months, though I took a break in between to finish The Other Side. Hope you all enjoy it.

The Last Life SMP is a Minecraft semi-hardcore series where every player is assigned a random amount of lives. Once you lose all your lives, you are permanently dead. During each session of Last Life, there is a chance you will be selected to have the Boogeyman's Curse. This means that you must kill another player before the session ends, or else there will be dire consequences.

1:20 I love the presentation of Mumbo's end crystals. Subtly glowing in the buildup before the potion is even thrown, and then the slow, methodical way he blasts Bdubs with it. And then Etho coming in with a PASSION to avenge his base buddy - feels like one of the more violent moments in this whole animation.

I love the detail of Ren's ears dropping down when he realizes he's trapped, this animation is genuinely fantastic so congrats on 1 million views

The boogyman mechanic was such a genius addition to last life. It creates perfect opportunities for drama, and a good basis for so much headcanon lore.

0:45 is my favorourite scene. With all the death and distrust elsewhere, seeing someone save another and actual friendship was so wholesome.

I love the fact that when Scott killed Impulse, he just cheerfully went “Bye!”

I find it really cool how you really showed Scott being the only boogeyman to allow himself to turn red without a kill and then immediately after winning last life. I never realized that before.

it makes it look more emotional than it actually is. In the actual game, it's just all laughs and joking around. Here it looks like people actually feel the sadness and grief expressed in the animation

I love how well the song pairs up so well with the animation. For example, in 1:41, the scene depicts Smallishbeans running away from LDShadowLady—who he killed—while the lyrics were “Won’t you stay with me, my Darling,”. This is ironic as he’s running away from his wife while the music is stating the opposite; someone staying beside their beloved. Thank you for reading my Ted Talk.

I really love the choice to depict the Boogeyman as a bit of a wandering curse, a kind of spirit that roams from victim to victim. It's a really good interpretation of the mechanic. This is very well done Chris. Oh forget the formalities, this was AMAZING!

1:41 dang, that death hit hard! That was a tough episode for Lizzie! But her lying in a pool of her own blood was such an incredible scene!

Can I just bring to light a scene that I think deserves way more attention then it got? 2:02 with Inthelittewoods blowing up both Bdubs and Tango was absolutely well executed, and perfectly timed as the song quite literally goes “The devils after both of us.” My favorite scene.

Oh my god I just realized you lined up the word “mercy” with Scott choosing to let the boogeyman curse consume take his life rather than killing someone else! That’s so clever!!

This is amazing! I love how you depicted Scott’s kill especially, I feel like the fandom focuses a lot on his second Boogey curse where he decided not to kill anyone as a tactical decision, while he pretty brutally hunted Impulse down the first time lol

Honestly, there's something particularly sinister about the death messages that don't assign any blame. Skizzleman fell from a high place BdoubleO100 blew up LDShadowLady tried to swim in lava Smajor1995 fell out of the world Like, it almost seems like they could be an accident.

My favorite detail is Ren’s ears laying down at 2:09. Animals like dogs and cats that have ears standing up usually fold them down like that when they are scared and angry, and blending the fear and anger Ren felt in that moment is so subtle and probably not even intentional, but I love it
