  • Thank you so much for your K12 how-to series! I learned so much from each one of them. One thing (as a new tech coordinator for a PreK-8 school) I am unsure of is device enrollment. I inherited an admin console with some of the students' devices in there by organizational unit (grade levels) however some classes have no devices in the console, they are listed on a spreadsheet by SN/student name/email (who they are assigned to). What I'm wondering is can these chromebooks that are missing from the console be enrolled? Or does that require purchasing licenses? Do you have an instruction on enrolling? I looked in the google help area and followed their steps but ended up not being able to as I did not see from my end what they were talking about. Anyway - would love to learn more on device enrollment before our students start school on Friday. I'm feeling the pressure! Big thanks, you had the best video series on the Admin Console and I'm thrilled to have found you. Thank you so much!

  • hi why the user cannot see their search history in the web and app activity. It also shows "this settings is currently not available on your account type". How to fix it in the admin console
  • hi sir what is the meaning of "this setting is currently not available on your account type, once available it will save your activity if turned on" n our web and app activity?
