Despite its ridiculously long run time, there was still plenty of action that didn’t end up making the cut for the final version of Avengers: Endgame. Yes, even this epic Marvel Cinematic Universe masterpiece has some deleted scenes but don’t worry we’ll catch you up on what you missed. While the final was definitely action packed, there was a lot left out like an epic aerial battle and a sad farewell to Tony Stark featuring some beloved comic book characters with one notable person missing. We’ll also talk about his daughter Morgan Stark and why Katherine Langford never ended up making that highly-anticipated cameo. Captain America narrowly escaped a rather grim ending as well as a surprising confrontation with his old enemy the Red Skull. The Mad Titan Thanos was originally going to have a confrontation with Doctor Strange leading to the introduction of the Living Tribunal in the MCU. We’ll also let you know what the last words of Iron Man would have really been if Robert Downey Jr. had things his way!

After learning about all of the different movie moments that almost happened are there any of them you think should have been included in the final version of the film? Or do you think the movie was just about perfect on its own? Hulk Vs Thanos is really what i was DYING to see
  • @DH.91
The whole world wanted Thanos to beat the shit out of Banner while he was in the Hulkbuster, only for the Hulk to explode out of it angrier than ever and have the show down of all showdowns with Thanos.

My dad died in 2010 when I was 8, and he took me to see the first Iron Man, that was our movie we loved the theme song we loved everything about Iron Man, so when Tony's final words were said it was 10x more emotional for me than anyone else.

As far as I'm concerned, these scenarios all happened in the 14 million realities Dr Strange saw

Something doesn't make sense to me. If the "soul for a soul" thing is how they got the soul stone, wouldn't it by definition work the opposite way? By returning the soul stone, you should be able bring a soul back, aka Black Widow. No?

Honestly, that part of Tony Stark trying to sneak around Asgard in a stealth suit only to be seen by Heimdall and then fighting would have been pretty cool tbh

Honestly I was very disappointed that the hulk did not even get to fight thanos in endgame

"I am Iron Man." Snap Still gives me chills and brings a tear to my eye.

Why is there a picture of Hulk and Thanos… Dammit another page in about to block and delete
  • @RB-H
I'm pretty certain almost everyone was looking forward to seeing a rematch with Hulk and Thanos

I imagine Steve and Red Skull actually having a pleasant conversation about how they had made such different decisions and wondering why that was. I also imagine Steve putting Natasha's body in a morgue so they could give her a hero's funeral later.
  • The thumbnail always makes me laugh. Looks like Thanos had too much to drink & Hulk is just being a good friend, holding him back from getting his 4th DUI...

Watched the whole damn video for a hulk v thanos bit...misleading.

Technically, Tony Stark’s last words in Endgame was “Hey Pep”. He nods to Peter when he asks Tony if he could hear him. I think that the amount of effort Tony put to say “Hey Pep” were more devastating as he was trying to stay alive to protect the ones that he loves dearly. Of course, he stops after Pepper says that he can rest now which is a reference to the insomnia that he was dealing with due to Thanos’s forces invading New York.
  • Like the explanation that the Hulk wasn't afraid of Thanos because it was the first time he got beat bad in a fight, like pretty much every fan thought? But it's that Hulk wouldn't allow the transformation because he was upset with how Banner viewed him. Man that's one of the plot points that bugged me about these movies.

I REALLY think they wasted so much potential for a hulk/thanos rematch. Disappointed to say the least.
  • @Defqonsigliere
Tony saying "I am Iron Man" closed the loop of 10 years of MCU and it couldn't have been more iconic.
  • @bananajoe1019
Tony going to Asgard would have been amazing. But him seeing his father was 20x better
  • @bourky93
Fun fact, Tony made Pepper's iron suit the same colour as the dress she bought for herself as a gift from Tony in Ironman 1
