It is such a trip to see my usual views, and even my actual backyard, on a YouTube video outside of the news! Born and raised. Thank you for taking the time to explore and educate on what NB is really all about ❤ of course there is crime and trouble everywhere, but the history is really important I think on how we got to where we are. In the most recent years it has been wonderful to see a lot of my generation come back and work towards revitalizing the city and opening a ton of small businesses and really create a community again. Cafe4U is forever the best, the staff and their energy truly makes it so special, I’m glad you enjoyed!

It’s been a year and 2 months for me in Saskatoon and I have never been out of the city probably because I lack good friends. Friends at work are always busy with other jobs if not there. I am 31 and I have been thinking of going out of the city to try a new place but since I lack information on the towns nearby and a company I just ignore it most of the time and choose to stay home instead on my day offs. I recently found out about your channel and it’s actually quite informative on this provinces and those real talk videos are simply amazing. Thanks for being here alina

My grandparents grew up in Saskatchewan. Grandfather was a Canadian WW2 vet, and came back to Canada with a new wife from Wales, they got a quarter section of land and didn't pay much for it. My grandma was not a fan of Saskatchewan winters. I got a lot of "uphill both ways" stories from my dad about farming in the 1940s and 1950s. I sometimes reflect on how technology changed more during my grandmother's lifetime than it did for the 2000 years prior. It's cool seeing the historical pieces from Saskatchewan because it reminds me of that family history.
