A Georgia judge will hear three pretrial motions filed in connection with the election interference case against former President Donald Trump and his co-defendants. Trump’s attorney filed a motion arguing that his charges violate his rights protected by the First Amendment.

    GA should look at Fani and Wade to indict them according to that law. But GA state employees are apparently above the law.

    The law should be abided by him indefinitely he was a president of the United States he took an oath so though he needs treated like they do everyone else especially since he has extra responsibility due to his position. We shouldn't be able to preach what we don't practice no matter who we are.🦅

    Defense says it should be dismissed because “fake electors” is the verbiage in the indictment. The prosecutor says “fake electors” isn’t even used in the indictment. Where does T get his lawyers from? Jenna, Sydney, Eastman….
