Im a guy with 3 sisters, one day my older sister started to bleed real bad and her room was a mess, since she felt so bad I just cleaned her room and she was so grateful, right after her period ended, she gave me a little gift, guys shouldn’t be afraid of this, it’s part of nature and life.
