I really want to appreciate how sadie did not panic after the call from the bank. Like I would have cried for hours after such a call. I want to start this with saying that you are such an inspiration to me and watching your videos give me so much motivation to get things done and be the best version of myself that I can be. Anyways, One tip for when your on your period is to only have a little or even no caffeine. It apparently makes your cramps really bad. I used to have really bad cramps but now that I don't have any caffeine while on my period, I can go through days with having barely any cramps sometimes. Ilysmβ€
