Ultimate Psychedelic Line Cliché Trip Hop Jam Track (E Minor)

00:00 PENTATONIC
00:52 PENTATONIC + MODE
01:54 PENTATONIC + CHORDS SHAPES

This backing track is based on the Line Cliché groove from Babe I'm Gonna Leave You etc... Here's the trip hop version of all those tunes! So great to jam over...

Glorious Psychedelic Line Cliche Backing Track [E Minor - 120 BPM]

Your goal as a soloist is to create MELODY. Our neck diagrams give you the notes you can use to create that melody in REAL TIME. Think of the Diagrams as 3 layers of information:

1. PENTATONIC - The pentatonic scale works all the time and almost never changes, so this is the basic level.
2. MODE - The mode will always be the pentatonic PLUS 2 NOTES (modes have 7 notes). The mode can change depending on the chords (modal interchange).
3. CHORD - The chord layer shows you the notes of the chord changes (aka the HARMONY) in REAL TIME. Outgoing notes get smaller and fade out, incoming notes will fade in, so you know what notes to go for next.

In our app AlphaJams (currently in Beta), you will be able to control which layer you see, and how much of the neck you see. It should be out in the next few months, so please stay tuned!

Good luck and thanks for checking it out! ✌🏼 ✌🏼

I go through a lot of backing tracks to help my improvisation skills and about 1 out of 20 inspire me enough to bookmark it and this is one of them. Great work.

Stupendous! Yet another barn burner. Thank you so much! I have searched though hundreds of backing tracks and you are undeniably above the rest. Your songs are unobtrusive and leave room for someone to lead over, but provide a ton of ideas and spice to work with. But most important is that they go on a journey that I can follow emotionally with the lead and that expands the experience tremendously. Also, the way you lay out the song visually is brilliant too. Keep 'em coming. You will rule them all.

I'm a HEEEEUGE Portishead fan, and I've just spent a LONG timed jammin my lil ass off to this. Add on the many hours I've spent doing the same to many of your other tracks since recently subscribing to your channel, I fully intend on making a donation based on the enjoyment factor alone, but if it works out and I get a refund from the "guitar lesson package" I paid for, and gained little benefit from, u can have that too, as I've learned more about putting together solo's playing to your backing tracks ( ie, learning to implement various simple pentatonic based shapes up and down the fretboard and making notes of which ones work) that u truly r my "go to" channel if I want to jam/learn anything! Whether or not u see this (almost a year on lol) I want to thank u for providing a LOT of backing tracks of the songs/genre of music I love and which I keep learning from 👍👏😁
