There are a number of these kinds of units, and VU meters are magic. This is probably the highest price one I've seen lately. Thank you for your review and insights on this unit. Much appreciated. Stay well, Sir.

Nice rig for the recording, could definitely tell the differences (YMMV, depending on how you're consuming the video). Look forward to more audio stuff!
-
Love it . Makes easy comparing. Reminds me of hifi dealers way back. But they had a lot more possible combinations.
-
B1 for the win! Such a warm sound … love it.
-
Good shit man, congrats!
-
Honestly did not expect the amp to have that much of a difference. Significantly more than switching between headphone amps i guess.

Nice box bro

Hey, Joe, I know that this is pretty unrelated to the video topic at hand but I was wondering if I could make a request: You’ve done a handful of awesome videos on multiple HyperX Headsets, including the wired Cloud III, but I’ve noticed you haven’t done any on the wired Cloud II and wired OG Alpha. I feel like, even given their age by this point, they’re still fantastic and competitive headsets in the $70-$100 wired headset price range, and can technically be alternatives to the Cloud III in terms of tuning with the Cloud II being more V-shaped and the OG Alpha being more bassy/dark-tuned. (I know that you did a video on the CloudX and that it’s technically considered a console/Xbox version of the Cloud II so it should be the same but I’ve heard mixed opinions on that claim so having a standalone video for the Cloud II would still be nice imo) Also it’d be awesome to have both the wired Cloud II and wired OG Alpha measurements on Squiglink alongside the wired Cloud III lol. Hope that this can be taken into consideration, love the videos/reviews, keep up the good work!

Hey Joe! Just want to express my respect to your content quality and valuability. I was kinda away of new audio stuff for a long period of time. I mean i have some mid-range audiophile headphones, DAC and stuff which is probably 8 to 15 years old. But because of your inspirational and informative videos I've made my self to try some new hardware. E.g. the Audeze Maxwell i've got is such a snatch for the price, I'm amazed how good they are. Also going to buy some IEM's. Are there any compact / bluetooth(?) DAC you can recommend. Thank you! P.S. sorry for my English - it's not my native language

AMP A* definitely sounded louder/more bass. felt more of a difference due to the amp. speakers didn't have much difference amp A w/ speaker 2 had the most bass imo
-
Binaural audio is dope. wish we had better 3d audio. lacking behind aureal a3d vortex half life sound demos
-
What if , one pair of speakers is beeing bi amp by the av reciever , can that set still beiing connected to the switch box ? If so , then how ?
-
Well, i didn't understand are you able to equalize the sound level with this device? For example if you compare two pairs of speakers with different impedance (4 and 8 Ohms) or with the same impedance but with different sensitivity one of the pairs will always play much louder. Thus the comparison will not be correct.

Any update for XDefiant audio tune?
-
Hey can you recommend a pair of headphones with a mic that will go with soundblaster g6

What song / instrumental did YoU use?

These are cool, but they are all overpriced for what they do. $100-$125 tops for something like this. You can get switchers like this for $50 without the meters. Meters are just for show and are in no way 100% accurate.
