Hello Doctor I'm a dancer and last year in the middle of May, my left ankle suddenly felt sore and in pain, so as usual I ignored it, until it came to a place where I couldn't even dance and wear heels anymore and it caused so much pain. After many consultations and MRI's it turned out my ankle had an inflammation and whichever physiotherapist I went to and many doctors nothing really helped to get ride of the pain fully, until a year later I found your video, and you have no idea how much this helped. I've been doing it everyday now and my ankle feels so much better. So thank you so much doctor for sharing this video and your knowledge with us๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿฅฐ

You're a life saver!! I've been having this pain for about 1 1/2 year now and now the pain is gone in less than 5 mins. I can now go down the stairs without tip-toeing.
  • The spoon-thing worked for immediate relief of tenderness/pain that had been aggravating me for several weeks. Amazing! I'll see if it works next time.

In five minutes total, the pinching and pulling helped relieve the stiffness I feel in both achilles tendons. They are still tender when applying pressure, so I'll try some of the other techniques for more long-term relief. This is a great start. Thank you for sharing.
