Murph was so ahead of the times naming his character with bad social skills "rizz"

i am crying the dm was setting up this traditional, gnomish household and when he describes his character he goes “im 6 foot” like i got whiplash

“i stole a book, i’m sorry” “we all fall short of the grace of god” “that’s a bit strong for this” i am CRYING pls💀💀💀

Sweet baby Gorgug with his tiny metal flower getting slugged in the stomach while trying to make a friend will forever haunt me.

"What's the connection between luck and skill? 500 gold pieces" that killed me

I love how Brennan is so good at portraying hateable characters that he made Siobhan use up all of her spell slots in what was literally just supposed to be her introductory scene.
  • "You seem really non-violent, and I think that's really cool. Violence is never the answer -" "I go into a R A G E."

I like that Kristen isn't the "Christian purist" archetype, because that's plenty overdone, but instead she's the "lowkey, half-judgy half-sweet Christian" and that's just as funny lol

fuck, he really established sklonda gukgak as one of my favorite characters with the single action of pouring some of her cereal milk into riz's bowl and refilling hers with water like that says so so much i love her

“She can’t have been that good an Oracle if she didn’t see the storm coming.” Sickest burn I’ve ever heard.
  • @InsomniacRavyn
I love that vice principal Goldenhoard wasn't even being strict, they were just causing so much chaos that they all got immediate detention

"she can't have been that good of an oracle if she didn't see the storm coming" straight up sent meee😭

The mom saying "Why am I encouraging this!? Don't do that." That's just a classic parenting line if I've ever heard one.
  • @TheFlamespriest
"A hero is someone with the courage to go to strange lands, and enact violence on the things they find there." That lines is too perfect.

Way late to this series, but I love Brennan's hard decline of Fig's adventure attempt. Emily's pushing her luck, and Brennan as DM is just like "No, fuck you, you're going to school. I'm in control here."

A privateer isn't just some lunatic who goes around pillaging... they're a PROFESSIONAL lunatic who goes around pillaging
