Sad but I'm almost 60 and i don't go to outdoor festivals and concert like i did when i was younger because of the heat.

Yeah... this sounds like a lawsuit, you don't drop 20k and have no itinerary set up. It also sounds like they paid the ultimate price for putting their lives in the hand of this tour company.

125 degrees in blazing sun on asphalt or concrete crowded with hundreds of thousands of people. All those years of hoping and saving and planning. Too sad for words.
