That moment when "In The Air Tonight" comes on the radio and you have to drive around for a while pretending you're on Miami Vice.....We've all done it. Don Johnson was the epitome of cool. I (and nearly every kid in the 80's) wanted to be him so bad. LOOOOOVED this show. Every Friday night. Still love it to this day. Was ahead of it's time and set the bar for cop shows forever.

Miss those days but I slide in the dvd and get in the recliner and immediately return to the mid 80's . WOW what a ride it was !!

As a kid born and raised in London, UK, I watched Miami Vice religiously in the 80s as it introduced me to both Miami and to South Florida as a kid!! Immigrated with my now late parents to South Florida back in 1995, residing just 30 mins north of Miami and have never lived anywhere else in the States....28 years later...all because of this legendary show!!!
