Miami Vice really knew how to capture a scene with the right song! There will never be a show like it again.

80s when America used to know how to dress and enjoy life.
  • The smooth magic of Miami Vice…..we were so lucky to live the 80s, and didn’t realize how good we had it……

  • When you were home every Friday night and fell so deeply in love with the characters, cars and especially the music and now have nothing left but the desire to be there again listening and watching

That moment when "In The Air Tonight" comes on the radio and you have to drive around for a while pretending you're on Miami Vice.....We've all done it. Don Johnson was the epitome of cool. I (and nearly every kid in the 80's) wanted to be him so bad. LOOOOOVED this show. Every Friday night. Still love it to this day. Was ahead of it's time and set the bar for cop shows forever.
  • It was like an hour long music video, eye candy, two of the coolest guys on the planet, great cars, Miami vibe and scenery…some cool lines spoken…..fantastic!

At 73 , I remember those nights of " Miami Vice" and the mood , tunes and the scenes that took me away to Miami . Damn shame it didn't last BUT it definitely made an impression ! Miss those days but I slide in the dvd and get in the recliner and immediately return to the mid 80's . WOW what a ride it was !!

Phil Collins (Honestly my favorite artist) and Miami Vice, literally were a collaboration made in heaven

Number 1 was inevitable. Arguably the coolest moment in television history.

As a kid born and raised in London, UK, I watched Miami Vice religiously in the 80s as it introduced me to both Miami and to South Florida as a kid!! Immigrated with my now late parents to South Florida back in 1995, residing just 30 mins north of Miami and have never lived anywhere else in the States....28 years later...all because of this legendary show!!!
