Alex is probably the best sparring partner I’ve seen in the MMA community. Dude teaches, matches pace, shows levels to help the lesser skilled guy see what he needs to work on/strive for and will lead by example (the hands up, showing Sean the proper form of a 1-2, footwork stuff, etc.). Absolute animal of a man for damn sure 🙌🏼
