  • I like how Battington portrayed the Withered Animatronics here. They're not mindless possessed robots with vengeance on the mind and attack anyone they assume is their killer. They're actually self aware that Edward wasn' their killer and were warning him that someone else was in the restaurant with him.

I feel like the fear response to something moving at unnatural speeds triggers our predator/prey response. If that thing can move that fast, I won't be able to escape it!
  • @deadlykitten6232
The hidden smiles thing to me sounds like the animatronics were happy that Edward was there, but once they realized William was there they shed them in exchange for trying to warn him in the unheard cries.
  • At 38:32, I think that scene is the kid banging on the locked doors of the pizza place trying to get out after William locked them both inside the building, while Afton is watching him try and escape in vain, savouring the moments before he kills Edward.
  • @yaboigary
I like how Battington potrayed Afton in this tape treating him as a relentless killer and a threat to the people around the pizzeria.
  • I think the implication here is that afton smashed Bonnie's face in an effort to destroy his sensors. It was definitely one of the spirits who spotted afton, but afton would just assume that Bonnie spotted him because of the sensors in his eyes. Either that or afton smashed Bonnie's face outta frustration for giving him away

Sliding into the frame is legit frightening, one of my worst nightmares involved looking out the door's peephole and a home intruder slowly standing up and looking at me back through it from the other side of the door.
  • @Phobie_2008
Making a 7 minute video into 44. Truly a GTLive experience.
  • @Tyriad_
The floating Bread makes this feel like one of those forced perspective videos where the camera is actually above them, and Matt is actually laying on the floor on a tipped-over couch with his legs up in the air
  • @cassygarcia2964
I think the frame where it shows just Afton stand in the suit and the shadow looks like its dancing (lol), is that Afton is watching the kid panicking, banging on the closed entrance of the pizzeria. it looks like Afton is watching and the kid dropped the camera trying to escape and its so chilling to see that
  • @AbeM.
Besides making things speedy and glitchy, I once heard that a great way to give a video an uncomfortable uncanny effect, was to record the actors doing things in reverse, and then reversing the footage to make it go β€œthe right way”.
  • @ItsFactor
The new background is giving heavy therapist room vibes.
  • @elijahbaker781
28:54 a terrifying thing I noticed is the split second William ran past Edward he was looking dead at him which means that he knew where he was hiding and he was messing with him the entire time.
  • @kingloucifur8086
I think 'the shadows' works because even though it breaks the syllable count, it ends the phrase on a minor to put the listener on edge. If it was just the song as it is, it wouldn't have the impact that it does because it would feel to familiar.

8 months? That’s nothing compared to how long it’s been since the last episode of the Walton files
  • @maxmachac9756
Man could you imagine a Blair Witch style FnaF movie?
  • @Twentythrapper
Absolutely loved this video. Battington is so talented in his animation
  • @HermitKermit283
Battington never fails to horrify me I know this is all fake but the thought of being in Edward’s place is terrifying. I thought it was weird that Edward looks to be maybe 8 in the picture we see of the vent but from the view of the camera next to these life size animatronics (that are as tall as bathroom stalls) are the same height as Edward? I’m not really sure how to picture this but I do want to see more people’s theories about what happened to Edward.

The room's color palette takes me back to 70s muted decor, with the pale blues and the terra cotta and the splashes of brighter colors. It's very fun I'm a world that's too neutral. I love physics defying bread.
