As an Indian, I'm against the delivery girl. Cause here tipping is not the culture, for a matter fact nobody actually tip. But I know for a fact that tipping is optional, u can't force someone for it.

People don’t have to tip. It’s rude not to but you can’t keep people’s stuff because they don’t tip. That’s not how life works. Sometimes waiters don’t get tip they can’t steal the people’s food. It sucks but that’s how life is.
