I would say UTC got a nerf bc when he did 20k dps he did insane AOE damage and put enemys on fire (the fire slows down enemys by 25% and deals them damage over time). Now with 50k dps his AOE damage is much weaker than before and doesn't put enemys on fire anymore. A proof of it being a nerf is that old UTC used to beat nightmare in 17 minutes, while new UTC beats it in 19m. Also in the chrismas mode UTC could beat it faster than sinister titan tv man, when UTC did 20k DPS and sinister did 60K DPS
